Simple and satisfying: organic blueberries, banana, strawberries, apple granola all topped with almond ricemilk (not pictured). I am such a fan of fruit and granola, together or on their own, I could really eat them for every meal. Maybe it’s the “healthy” reputation that they’ve gotten over the years (hippie food, at one point). Just make sure that the granola isn’t loaded with extra fat and sugar and that the fruit is organic. Say no to GMOs and pesticides!
